The docks at Sophie’s Landing are a very high-end commercial grade marina quality floating system.  The main dock is 8 ft wide, and extends 300 ft from the shore.  The finger docks are 6 ft wide, and are available in lengths of 16, 20, 24 and 32 ft, with some larger docks up to 40 ft.

There is a floating gazebo attached to the end of the main dock, which is 300 ft offshore, in Smith’s Bay.  The gazebo and docks have night lighting.  There are electrical / water convenience stations every 60 ft approx. Shore Power up to 30 amps is available for larger boats, however quantities are limited.

This is a Private Marina, for the exclusive use of owners and tenants in Sophie’s Landing Phase 1 and Phase 2. 

We have approvals for a maximum of 36 slips.  Currently there are 28 slips in the water.  Local marinas are slowly being sold off for development, and there will be a shortage of docks in the future.  We have a long list of purchasers requesting a dock, and we suggest you reserve one at your earliest convenience.

The docks will be rented at fair market value, which is currently between $90/ft (boat) to $100/ft (boat), which includes summer dockage, In / Out service of your boat(s), and winter storage of your boat.  Sea-Doos can be accommodated at the front of the longer docks (lifts not included).  Additional services, including winterizing are available directly from OCS Marine.

Phase 2 purchasers may reserve a maximum of 1 slip as part of the Agreement of Purchase & Sale.
