The Ultimate Meeting Place

"We live in Halton Hills and are still working for a living. Wet chose Orillia for our 4-season getaway resort home mostly because we’d been visiting my parents who retired here years before, but also because we really felt connected to this area.

There’s lots to do for all of us here from roller-blading and biking to swimming and fishing, or even just watching comet showers on a clear evening. You name it, we either have it in our community or it’s nearby. As a matter of fact, everyone loves it so much here we’ve had family and company every weekend since we moved in…and no one wants to leave!

Eric, who built these amazing homes was so accommodating and customized many features of our home. We can’t say enough about how satisfied we are with the quality of our home, the design, and the neighbourhood concept. Speaking of neighbours, they’re great, even though we are only here on weekends and holidays.

Our home is often cared for by our neighbours during the week–unbelievable, what else can we say! When family and friends can get together and enjoy life like we are, it really is the best place to be."
